Dicastery
Functions of the Department of Communication and Ethics.
The Department of Communication and Ethics is headed by H.E. Florence de Barros Contì, Minister Counselor. It aims to establish links with public and private institutions in order to interact, inform, and share ethical practices in a spirit of solidarity. Administratively, it consists of the Communication Department, which collaborates with other departments to plan external and internal communication initiatives.
